These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Life of Priya and apply to digital products, accounts, purchases, free product acquisitions, 1:1 booking services, and other features offered through this website.
Life of Priya is operated by Jayapriya Pazhani.
By using a paid or free product, placing an order, or confirming a 1:1 booking, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction or service.
Certain features require authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account used for purchases, free acquisitions, My Library access, reviews, content requests, and bookings.
You must provide information that is reasonably accurate when the service requires it and must not use another person's account without authorization.
Products identified as digital are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Product pages describe the files, resources, tutorials, features, pricing, and other materials intended to be included. Some digital products may be offered free of charge.
Paid prices are displayed in the currency selected or otherwise applicable to the transaction. Available currencies and payment methods may vary.
Paid transactions may be processed through providers such as Stripe or Razorpay. A payment is not treated as complete solely because a browser returns from a payment provider; the application may require provider confirmation before an order or booking is finalized.
Promotions may be subject to eligibility rules, product restrictions, expiry dates, or other conditions. We may reject a code that is invalid, expired, inactive, or ineligible for the transaction.
If a free product or valid discount reduces a transaction total to zero, the transaction may be completed without a payment provider while still creating the order, access, entitlement, or booking records needed to provide the item or service.
Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, a digital product is provided under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly republish, upload for public distribution, reproduce for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit the files without written permission.
Receiving a product free of charge does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property or remove these license restrictions.
Eligible digital products may be delivered through My Library, protected download links, transactional email, tutorial links, or a combination of these methods.
Continued access may depend on your account, the status of the applicable entitlement, and the continued availability of the resource.
A 1:1 call is a scheduled personalized service. Available dates, times, prices, currencies, duration, booking horizon, and other booking information are shown through the booking experience.
A requested time is not guaranteed until the application confirms the booking. Availability can change, and a booking may depend on payment confirmation and host availability.
You are responsible for reviewing the displayed date, time, timezone information, discussion details, price, and call policy before confirming the booking.
Confirmed calls may use Google Calendar and Google Meet or another supported third-party service for scheduling and attendance. You are responsible for having compatible internet access, equipment, and access to the meeting service when required.
Third-party services are also governed by their own terms, availability, and privacy practices.
The cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms displayed in the 1:1 booking experience and in the applicable booking details form part of the terms for that booking.
Available actions may depend on the booking status, timing, payment status, provider processing, and the policy applicable to that booking.
Nothing in these Terms limits a cancellation, refund, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for joining a scheduled call on time using the meeting information provided. A missed appointment may be handled according to the policy applicable to that booking.
Participants must behave respectfully and lawfully. We may end or decline a call where conduct is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, unsafe, or materially interferes with providing the service, subject to applicable law.
If you submit a review, content request, reaction, support message, or other user content, you are responsible for that submission and must not provide content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
We may moderate, reject, hide, or remove submissions when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the service.
Budget trackers, templates, examples, calculations, educational material, and related resources are provided for organizational and informational purposes.
They are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made using those resources and for verifying information relevant to your circumstances.

The website, branding, written content, designs, templates, graphics, software, and digital files are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A purchase, free acquisition, or booking does not transfer ownership of those rights.
Website features, products, booking availability, integrations, and content may be updated, corrected, replaced, restricted, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, digital products, and services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Life of Priya and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, a digital product, or a service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, right, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply to you and cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, products, services, providers, or applicable requirements. The revision date at the top of the page identifies this version.
