Life of Priya is operated by Jayapriya Pazhani. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you use this website and its store, account, digital-product, support, and 1:1 booking features.
Depending on how you use Life of Priya, we may process information such as your name, email address, profile information, phone number when provided, preferred currency, authentication information, order history, discount information, paid and free product-acquisition records, product-access records, and transactional status information.
When you use 1:1 booking features, we may process information necessary to schedule and administer the booking, including the selected date and time, booking status, discussion information you provide, assigned host information, payment or refund status, and scheduling or meeting identifiers associated with the booking.
We may also process information that you voluntarily submit through product reviews, content requests, reactions, contact forms, support communications, or similar interactive features.
Technical, session, security, and operational information may also be processed as necessary to authenticate users, operate the website, detect errors or abuse, protect accounts, and maintain administrative audit records.
When you sign in with Google, we receive account information made available through the authentication process, such as your name and email address.
For eligible 1:1 bookings, Google services may also be used to create or manage calendar events and Google Meet information. Booking and scheduling information necessary for those functions may be provided to Google and to the assigned call host.
Paid transactions may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe and Razorpay. Life of Priya does not store your full card, UPI, or bank-account credentials on its application servers.
We may retain payment-provider identifiers, amounts, currencies, payment and refund statuses, timestamps, and associated order or booking information when necessary to reconcile transactions, provide access, process refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
Free products or fully discounted transactions may create an order or entitlement record even though no payment is required.
We use personal information to provide and secure accounts, process orders and bookings, deliver digital products, maintain My Library access, schedule 1:1 calls, provide meeting information, communicate transactional updates, manage cancellations, rescheduling and refunds, provide support, moderate submitted content, maintain operational records, investigate errors or abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Life of Priya relies on third-party providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage services, Google for authentication and scheduling or meeting functionality, Stripe and Razorpay for payments, and Resend for transactional or support-related email.
Providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices as well as the arrangements applicable to the services they provide to Life of Priya.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be disclosed to service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, authenticate an account, complete a transaction, deliver a product, administer a booking, create meeting or calendar information, send transactional communications, provide support, protect the service, or comply with applicable law.
Information about a 1:1 booking may be made available to the assigned call host when needed to schedule, prepare for, or conduct that booking.
The website may use cookies, session identifiers, and other browser storage needed for authentication, shopping-cart state, preferences, security, and other website functionality. Some third-party services may also use browser technologies according to their own policies.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is used, including providing account and product access, administering bookings, maintaining transaction and audit records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud or abuse, and satisfying legal, tax, accounting, or security requirements.
Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access to administrative functionality is restricted according to account permissions. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Some service providers may store or process information outside your province or outside Canada. When information is processed in another jurisdiction, it may be subject to the laws and lawful-access requirements of that jurisdiction.
