Refund Policy

Priya's Store sells digital products that are normally made available shortly after successful payment.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where another exception described below applies.

Please contact us if you experience a duplicate charge, cannot access a purchased product after reasonable troubleshooting, receive a materially defective file, or believe the product delivered is materially different from its description.

Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase and any applicable consumer protection rights.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund, withdrawal, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. Access to the refunded digital product may be revoked.
